14.07.2008 /Personal loans UkrSibbank to offer special loan terms to its SME clients within the framework of the cooperation program with the EBRD - Currently "UkrSibbank" renders loans for SME with maturity of up to 7 years and grace period of up to 1.5 years. Rates for this type of loans make up: 17.7% in UAH, 13% in USD, 12% in EUR and 8.49% in CHF. Interest rate under such loans is 1% less then that under a standard one.

14.07.2008 /Investing TransCreditBank as an arranger and the placement agent for the all-time largest 8th bond issue of JSC RZhD - The issue comprises 20 mln bonds of RUR1,000 face value each. The bond matures in 3 years. The issuer set the coupon rate at annual 8.5%, which corresponds to yield-to-maturity of annual 8.68%.

14.07.2008 /Financial Statements UkrSibbank’s SME loans total USD 1B - For the year to date JSCIB "UkrSibbank" has closed over 17 000 SME loan deals for the total amount of more than USD 1bln. The year-over-year total amount of loans made up over USD 800bln.
