27.06.2008 /Investing LOCKO-Bank raised capital through a rights’ issue in the amount of RUR 600 million - The existing owners acquired pro rata portions of these newly-issued additional shares equal to the relative percentage of shares owned prior to the issuance. The structure of beneficial ownership remained unchanged. The shares were paid for and registered with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
