11.06.2008 /Operations The Bank of Moscow and OJSC "Russian Railways" have signed an Agreement for Cooperation - This Agreement was concluded with the purpose of establishing and developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the implementation of joint investment projects, funding arrangements for OJSc "RZhD" and cooperation in the field of consumer crediting programmes offered by the Bank to the OJSC "RZhD" employees.

11.06.2008 /Operations Memorandum of Understanding on Investing Funds in Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (MRIF) - The Fund's original amount would range from1to 1.5 billion US dollars. Vnesheconombank's participation is planned to be 200 million US dollars, the Eurasian Bank's participation – up to 200 million US dollars and Kazyna's participation – 100 million US dollars.

11.06.2008 /Operations Vnesheconombank, Kaluga Region Government and Kaluga Region Development Corporation Enter into Agreement - This Agreement was made to build on the Agreement on Cooperation signed earlier between Vnesheconombank and the Kaluga Region Government. Under the Agreement Vnesheconombank's participation share in the Corporation's charter capital can amount to 25% of the Corporation’s charter capital.
