22.05.2008 /Investing New Record Eurobond Issue by VTB - VTB successfully placed its largest Eurobond offering of U.S.$2 billion under Programme No.2 for the Issuance of Loan Participation Notes. In the Offering, U.S.$2 billion of 6.875% Notes due 2018 with a 5 year put option were issued by VTB Capital S.A. , Luxemburg, at a nominal value and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
