09.05.2008 /Operations The Bank of Moscow Granted Guarantees to OAO Koks for 1041.6 Million Rubles - he guarantees will ensure OAO Koks' obligations to pay for the acquired shares of the companies to the shareholders of OAO Ufaleinikel (749.8 million rubles) and ÎÀÎ KMAruda Industrial Complex (291.8 million rubles) in keeping with the requirements of the Federal law "On Joint Stock Companies".
