27.03.2008 /Investing Alfa-Bank arranges first-ever placement of exchange-traded bonds, a new financial instrument in Russia - Investors' demand for the securities substantially exceeded the declared volume of the issue. Some 86 proposals were received, with a total of 2,373 bln rubles in bonds placed through open subscription, or 159% of the volume of the issue. The coupon rate is fixed at 12.25% per annum.
