Ganeev reported on the development of the Bank's retail business. The Board of Directors also considered shareholders' proposals and approved deals with related parties.

11.02.2008 /Bank's Ratings LOCKO-Bank awarded “A leading Bank in corporate governance in Central and Eastern Europe 2008” by Euromoney magazine - LOCKO-Bank was reorganized from a Limited Liability Company into a Closed Joint Stock Company and significantly improved its corporate governance practices. Code of Conduct on Corporate governance that was developed in May 2007 became LOCKO-Bank’s next step on the path of development of its corporate governance system.
