16.01.2008 /Operations ORGRESBANK will grant loans to Administration of the Samara City - Samara Branch of ORGRESBANK has won a tender for granting loans totaling 600 mRUB to Administration of the Samara City. The funds will be used to cover the city budget deficit and to repay the Samara City municipal debts.

16.01.2008 /Operations The Bank of Moscow has bought in the transaction for attracting the syndicated loan for the OAO Baltinvestbank in the amount of RUR 150,000,000. - The loan is secured by the guarantee of the OAO Baltinvestbank beneficiaries and also by the cession of legal claim on the credit portfolio. The loan rate was 10 per cent per annum, loan term — 6 months.
